Product Support Specialist
What they do
- Continuously expand knowledge of our product line.
- Always deliver exceptional customer service.
- Answer all questions and address all concerns that the customer may have.
- Help customers be sure of which product is the right choice for them.
- Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely.
- Accurately communicate all technical specifications.
- Work cooperatively with the rest of the team.
- Seek self improvement through mentoring and coaching from senior team members.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members.
- Remain in compliance with company guidelines at all times.
- Log all customer contacts including contact information for followup.
- Follow up with potential customers to see if you can be of further help.
- Offer related products and services to new customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- Significant work experience in customer service or sales strongly preferred.
- Able to memorize product specifications and demonstrate use accurately.
- Able to work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Articulate and well-spoken with excellent phone and email etiquette.
- Command of the English language, bilingual is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, self motivated.
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times.
